The Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI) is a thriving, culture-centered, Minnesota-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering long-term economic benefit through applied research on value-added agricultural products, focusing on coproducts, biobased products, renewable energy, and food.  The vision of the organization is empowering the commercialization of innovative value-added food and agricultural ideas. Our dynamic, mission-driven staff assists entities across the agricultural value chain, from producers to entrepreneurs to corporates, to help overcome technical and commercialization challenges to create novel agricultural and food products that increase commodity utilization and benefit Minnesota’s economy.
